This podcast series is aimed at providing useful information to young adults. In the first episode, Mel Brooke, Patient and Public Engagement Programme Director (BIRD) talks with two rheumatology experts about the process of transitioning from paediatric to adult rheumatology care and how a special clinic for young adults set up at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, Bath helps with that process.
